  • Built for Leomarile using Azure AI, Azure Cosmos DB, and OpenAI to provide real-time information on tiles to users.
  • Developing Ally Voice, a 24/7 voice automation system that answers incoming calls, greets customers by name and intent, and ensures no missed opportunities for conversion.
  • Developing the Centers Health Care Ally App with secure authentication for unlimited users, email alerts, and a file uploader for patient records. Integrated Azure Cosmos DB to manage 15K+ records and enabled LLM-based Text & Image Analytics for extracting medical data. Added a Voice Assistant for hands-free access to diagnostics and symptoms.
  • Designing an AI-powered SMS chatbot for Yachtsy to automate driver scheduling and confirmations for FareHarbor rides. Using Twilio and Azure to message drivers based on availability, shift count, and fatigue limits.
